The Washington Admirals is an MLQ franchise based in the Washington D.C. area. The team pulls from D.C., Maryland and Virginia. The Admirals practice in Fairfax, Va. and are part of the MLQ East Division. The team was one of the first MLQ franchises, making their appearance during the inaugural 2015 MLQ season under the management of James Michael Hicks and coach Raul “Beto” Natera.
